The idea is to mentor 150 people who have rated themselves atleast 6 on the five tenets i believe in.

Initially i thought of running this using twitter and discord as the two platforms. But we found two issues. Twitter reach has died and linked in has better reach for Indian engineers. May be people find Discord off putting.

So we will be sticking to Whatsapp which most Indians have installed on their machines for communication. We will use linkedin for reaching out to right set of people. We will start with these two and figure out the details later.

1. If somebody referred you, that person has worked with me in the past and believes that I can add value to your journey. Go thank him first. Once you become better or get a job, think of the ways you can help him create value.
2. They believe that you have potential but they are not able to spend money time and resources on you. Let us make it easier for them to help and guide more people like you. These are the people who put trust in you and me. So let us make the best of this opportunity and pay it forward.

What is stopping you from mentoring
I will show you a easy way to mentor people. you don't need to worry about not having time. you don't need to worry about commitment. i will take care of that part. you just spend as much time, money and resources as possible.
