Script – “Purnamadah Purnamidam with Obbattu”

[Opening frame: A bowl of smooth golden dough (poorna) on the table]
Narrator (calm, reflective voice):
"This is Poorna… the sweet filling used to make Obbattu. In Sanskrit, the word _Poorna means full, complete, whole."_

[Camera slowly zooms in on the large ball of dough]
Narrator:
"Our scriptures describe the ultimate reality, Brahman, as Poorna — complete in itself, infinite, without lack."

[Hands take a small portion of the dough and roll it into a ball]
Narrator:
"From this wholeness, the universe arises — just as a small ball of poorna comes from the larger dough."

[Shot of the large dough still intact and full, even after a portion is taken]
Narrator:
"Yet, the whole remains whole. Even when a part is taken, completeness is never diminished. Infinite minus infinite… is still infinite."

[Visual: The small ball placed beside the large dough, both shining in light]
Narrator:
"That is the essence of the mantra:
Purnamadah Purnamidam
Purnat Purnamudachyate
Purnasya Purnamadaya
Purnameva Avashishyate."

[Closing frame: Both dough and small ball fade into a glowing light, symbolizing Brahman and the universe merging]
Narrator (soft, concluding tone):
"That is whole, this is whole. From the whole, the whole emerges. Even when the whole is taken from the whole, what remains is whole.
Everything is complete — always."
