from five tenets lets take honesty as one example
10 - Brutal Honesty - consequences can be huge, your life might get affected, you might loose your loved ones. But it is also the greatest to find people who are like you 9 - Very honest 8 - Moderate hones but you are clear when you are not being 7 - honest but 6 - decent enough honesty 5 - i am worried about the repurcussions 4 - i trust but verify and be careful 3 - i find it difficult to trust others 2 - i can't trust others 1 - dishonest
for the growth mindset if the org can double revenues every year, then 2 x 2 x 2 = 8 will be your number. if you think org can grow 50% every year, then 1.5 x 1.5 x 1.5 = 3.375 round off and put 4
