Having worked on two systems that were abandoned by teams at Grofers, I have created my own checklists and strategies about how to revive old abandoned systems.

Getting the knowledge of the systems hidden in code and processes that even the people working in the operations didn't know of themselves is the real challenge.

I think one of the major issues was the visibility. Especially the visibility between tech and business teams. I wish I had come across Moldable development back then. This is definitely going to be one of the things in my Long term Valuable Timetaking Todos
