We have created alternatives for everything. We created electricity and lights so that we can be awake even when the sun has set. We have so many machines running around us that we always hear some sounds. We rarely experience the silence and darkness.

We need more of these. We need stretches of time where our senses are not stimulated always.

A state where busy takes the beech seat and our mind keeps wandering.
