I call it disproportionate returns law. 20 80 rule is just one variation of this. For the same scenarios multiple proportions can be applied. a:b rule can also be said as b:a rule provided they add upto 100. So generally finding that sweet spot where a, b adds up to 100 can be a good insight to be shared.
