This has been one of the difficult challenges for me.

How I am trying to overcome this

1. If something is less than x rupees(say 500), I would rather buy it and be ok with it being a waste of money rather than overthinking it.
2. The other thing I am trying is gifting. If I don't find value in something that I buy I try to find others who value it and gift it to them.
