This was one of my greatest challenges. I am trying to overcome this. Observing and identifying momentary laziness is the first step in overcoming it.

How I try to be aware of this

  1. Whenever i try to postpone something I take a bit of it.
  2. This generally has something to do with change of state.

Fixing this

  1. If something takes less than a minute to do it, I do it without thinking anything.
  2. I will work on things that take more than a minute later.
