Introduction
learning Paths will be running a mentorship program for students across India. Students from Meghalaya will be given a special preference for this programme. the mentorship programme will be on the following topics.
- Drupal
- React
- AWS
Pre-requisites
you don't need to have any previous knowledge. if you have completed any graduation (btech in CS/IS/EC or any computer related course), you should be good to get started. you need to have a decent laptop(4 GB RAM or more), you should be ready to put in the effort and learn. Any topics that you find difficult, we will teach you from the basics and help you pick up the speed.
Program details
This will be an asynchronous training programme, meaning we will be giving you the resources to read, tools/platforms you can use, assignments to complete, tests to evaluate yourself. We will have mentors who will be answering your questions using whatsapp/slack. As we go along we will also have a few local mentors who can clarify your doubts too.
Mentoring Calls
every week we will have a couple of calls over google meet, where one of the mentors will be teaching the core concepts which will help you speed up your learning process. based on how well you progress in the first month we will be shortlisting for internships from second month.
Internship Stipend
the internship amount from second month will vary from 1k to 5k based on how many people qualify and how much amount we will be able to allocate for the internships. even if you don't qualify for the internships you can still continue to learn with us, until the end of the batch.
Getting you jobs
we will also be working with hiring companies and any interested government agencies to see if we can get you any jobs. if you know of anybody who are looking at hiring IT employees please connect them to us. From the total mentorship program we will be hiring 5 people from each of these categories under Learning Paths. Based on the openings in friends companies we will try to place more people. those who are not places can work as freelancers with us.
