Writing this as a response to what Vipin Rawat mentioned in a chat.

This is a recurring trend in all the people I have spoken to recently. These are all people I respect, I have worked with, I would have loved to have as mentors in early stages of my career. But even these people are bogged down by majorly self doubt.
