The h-index is defined as the maximum value of h such that the given author/journal has published at least h papers that have each been cited at least h times.

Problems

Satoshi wrote only one document but that might become the most important publication. If we use h index, he will never cross h score of 1.

I think this gives more importance to consistency or quantity. Though it tried to be an indicator that balances both quantity and quality it miserably fails in edge cases.
