Since Obsidian organises all notes based on the alphabetical order, I have created this note as a starting point.

Raom Research and Notion has an option of search or create.

Update : I was wrong. Obsidian do have this option. Use CMD+O for open or create in desktop.

Also Obsidian had an opportunity to sort by various criteria.
