Finding your niche is an exercise in finding the unique set of talents, curiosities or strengths that you have for which combination you are in the top 5 percentile in the world.

1. Go to https://draw.learningpaths.io/ it is a drawing tool
2. Make a circle for everything you know. The size of circles depend on how good you are in that area. Better you are at particular Skills, Talents or Attitudes larger their radius or area will be.
3. Based on how close they are keep the circles adjacent. For example javascript and react would be close to each other. growth mindset and experimentation would be close by. creativity and Story Telling would be adjacent and so on.
4. Keep adding circles until you think that you are the top 5 percentile in that. That is your niche.
5. Find other people with same circles but smaller radius. Mentor them.
6. For each circle find one person who is in top 5 percentile of that independently. Learn from them.
7. This exercise will help you figure out what is the best area to concentrate on where you can create maximum impact so that you will get paid high naturally.
