Most companies think that they will run out of their business because their immediate competitor, upcoming start up etc will take away their business.
But the reality is that most companies become irrelevant note because their competitor did better than them but because they didn't adopt. The didn't adopt to the changing landscape, changing user behaviors.
The market is big enough for many players and there is a lot scope for collaboration instead of blind competition. Compete where necessary and collaborate wherever possible. We have bigger and interesting problems to solve, value to unlock.
