Better representation of C02 emissions by different countries.
- Per capita emissions
- Minimum population threshold so that we don't look at very smalll countries whose contributions are insignificant. We can also look at the total C02 as a threshold.
- Keep the CAGR also part of the equation. If somebody is reducing their C02 imprint at a faster rate they should get a better rating.
- Percentage of Renewable energy to over all energy consumption.
