Crosslinking and Summarisation are two great ways of providing context. Progressive disclosure of context is a great way to provide the right amount of context to the reader. But we will also need Progressive Summarisation for this to work effectively.

Since progressive summarisation is difficult we can stick to showing the contents of particular tag for each link as a preview. Wikipedia does this very well.
